The family owned Vouni Panagia winery have been producing quality grapes for decades and one element that distinguishes this winery from so many others is their obvious passion for the art of wine making, bringing to us quality, taste and distinction in every glass.
Wine by it's very nature is infinite in its varieties; no two places ever make the same wine a second time, but an experienced wine maker such as ...... knows his product will in the end always express clearly the conditions of its making and the state of the raw material. Add to the equation-human tastes, skills, fallibility, and you have and indefinable number of equations which make wine extraordinarily difficult to categorise into any distinct pattern, so, what are the essential elements that makes a good wine.
Grape Variety.
Climate.
Weather.
Soil.
Age of the wine.
And last but by no means least it is the intentions and skill of the wine maker, he is the person who decides the exact time for harvesting the grapes its a key decision as leaving the grapes to hang on it's lees (the vine) will make for riper tannins but wait too long and then all changes.
