Lets go Tasting.

There's both mystery and magic contained in the raft of wine barrels that lie still and quiet in cool conditions within the bowels of Vouni winery. The mystery is in the fermentation and ageing process, and the magic is when one tastes the fruit of the winemakers labour once the set period of maturing has elapsed.

Both the mystery and the magic can now be experienced first hand with visitors to the winery able to take a tour where they are introduced into the how, why, where, when, and why, of winemaking .

The very best part of course is going to be the sampling which is generously offered to those keen to 'nose out' their own favourite tipple from the Vouni Panayia range of wines. Sitting there in the rather attractive tasting area with a glass in one hand and being able to admire the stunning views over the valley, surely makes for a perfect end to a visit- one which hopefully sees our guests returning home, or to their hotel with a bottle or two as a memory of a very welcoming day out at the Vouni Panayia winery.
